1.Is your company direct factory or trading company?

We are direct factory located in NingBo.

Our products are mainly supplying to European, America, South-East Asia, Middle East etc…

We are cooperating with well recognized company like GUDE, ALDI, LIDL, OBI etc..

We are fully engaged in the R&D and manufacture all series pumps, and also sales of water related products, like water hose, hose reel, flexible tube etc...

Every year we have more than 20-30 new designs come out, also every year we have our own patents, which is mainly related to inside construction for more reliable quality and easier operations for end consumer.

Also we have joint sales office in ShangHai as to provide better service.

2.What is the Lead time of mass production?

60days for new order, cos it takes time to confirm all artworks etc..
30-45days for repeat order.

3.Are you able to provide free samples?

In principle, we charge sample cost as 3 times of FOB price. But you may deduct the sample cost after you placed official order.

4.What is the lead time of sample?

Normally it takes 1 week if we have all materials in warehouse.

5.What is your company size? How many workers and how many R&D?

Our factory area is around 20,000 sqm.

We have 260workers, and 5 R&D persons.

6.Are your company certified by ISO9000 management standard and BSCI (or SA8000)?

Yes, our factory is certified by ISO9000 and BSCI. Meet most of clients need.

7.Does your company have experience with the 3rd party inspection on mass product?

Yes, we frequently have 3rd party inspection on our mass production, which 3rd party is nominated by our clients, like TUV, SGS, Intertek…

8.Which world famous clients are you supplying products to directly or indirectly?

We are supplying products to Aldi, Lidl, OBI, Einhell, Gude etc… directly or indireclty

9.Where is your main market in the world?

Our market share is 45% in EU，20% in South America, Others - 35%

10.Are you able to provide OEM or ODM?

We are able to supply OEM or ODM products.

11.Do you have any patent on your products?

Every year we have several new patents which is developed by ourselves for the products, which is mainly related to inside construction for more reliable quality and easier operation.

12.MOQ of each product?

Basically MOQ is 500pcs.

13.What’s the turnover of your factory last year?

In Y2018 – 13 Milos USD
In Y2019 – 15 Milos USD.
